Balancing time, and priorities is really a big deal. Someone who has been in the situation just knows. Let’s take a dive to understand how you can actually solve some of the pieces of the puzzle.
Wake up early in the morning, so sleep early at night
Wake up in the morning at 6am and sleep at 11 pm
7 hours of sleep. Half an hour fluctuation is allowed for circumstantial reasons.
Stop wasting time at work
Do whatever task is needed so that you're able to wrap up all tasks on time.
Small talks with colleagues are fun, but don't let that become the primary office activity
Have proper food
Having stale food and overly cooked food loses all antioxidants and makes the body low on energy. Have one fresh fruit every day and a cup of green tea
Speak Less, Own less
Sometimes in life, less is more. Whether it is keeping thoughts to oneself or owning fewer things in life. It just helps you avoid unwanted clutter and focus on areas that truly need attention
Cut down screen time
Spending lots of time on mobile for useless browsing might appear like a way out from the already busy world, but it just fills the head with over-information. If you really have to browse mobile, make sure you spend less time on it. Use that time to watch some good movies instead. It is pure entertainment without the clutter.
Get over the restless urge
Sometimes at work, you get so submerged into tasks, opinions, and personal responsibilities that you find it hard to concentrate on any one thing. In such situations, it is a tendency to fumble, not knowing which task to do first, and this continuous anxiety or a feeling of FOMO crippling your productivity. In such cases, take a deep breath and just do, just do whatever is necessary instead of thinking about how certain things would work out.
Take out time for your little one
Your little one needs your time. And, if you're too exhausted to give it to him/her, it is somewhere not done! They can't express it doesn't mean that they don't need it. Make sure you allocate time to play with them. Fill them with joy and happiness.
Keep your home organized within your comfort space
Staying in an uncluttered home gives a lot of sense of peace in mind. Less clutter outside also means less clutter inside of your head. But don't overdo things. It shouldn't become another cause of stress for you. Surely it is important to make an effort but try to manage it within your comfort space.
Take time for yourself
Do something that gives you happiness. Even if it is something as simple as checking FB reels. If it makes you happy at the end of the day, it must be worth something!
Exercise
If you stay fit, you will reap the returns for a long long time. If you're in shape, you will feel good about yourself, and your looks and will look more attractive for sure.
Last but never least, in many cases it is the starting phobia that leads to procrastination. So, you picture the day as a really hectic one, full of task lists to accomplish, and hence would want to cocoon yourself into some corner. On the other hand, if you just get on with the task without thinking much you may actually see that it is taking less time than anticipated, less effort than forecasted.
So get over the starting phobia and get on with the work, many things are easily manageable when you actually do it.
